Research

After picking my brief I have decided to research the Brisitsh Heart Foundation. The organisation was founded in 1961, aims to prevent heart diseases in humans and relies hugely on voluntary donations. The three main areas that the BHF foucuses on is investing in research, supporting and carrying for heart patients and providing information to help people reduce their own risk of dying prematurely from heart realted illnesses.
Along with cancer research the BHF is a huge supporter of the Action on Smoking and Health campaign.
